All frequently asked questions ↗
01Is TDC an indenter or a principal trader?

TDC is an indenting-first company. We bring buyers and suppliers together and coordinate sourcing and commercial discussions under an agreed mandate. The parties, scope, responsibilities and any different transaction role are confirmed in the agreement.

02What should I include in a buying requirement?

Include your company and contact details, material or grade, quantity and unit, destination, delivery window, preferred Incoterm, specifications and proposed payment terms. Every field in the buying form is required except images. Write ‘To discuss’ for commercial terms that still need negotiation.

03Can I attach photographs?

Yes. Buying requirements and material offers accept up to three still JPEG, PNG or WebP images, up to 5 MB each and below 20 megapixels. Reference photographs help explain a requirement; they do not establish grade, ownership, recovery or lot quality. Supporting analyses and other documents can be arranged with the desk.

04Are listed specifications and quantities current offers?

No. Catalog specifications and quantities from the re-roll/resale guide are reference information. Confirm the actual lot analysis, dimensions, condition, availability and commercial terms before agreeing a transaction.
